| In Section B of your American West exam you will face three questions which require you to use a considerable amount of specific own knowledge. Approximately 25 of the available 30 marks require you to use information without any help from source material. This is a crucial section in the exam which culminates in a 15 mark question. How well you answer this section as a whole, and the 15 mark question in particular, will have a huge influence on your eventual grade. This site is designed to help you prepare for this element of the exam. There are links to pages of information on the key American West topics and then a series of past question templates which you can download and fill in, as well as exemplar answers and advice from exam board mark schemes. |
