Level 1 (1 year course)

Units of work:-

1. Organisational skills.
2. Safety in sport.
3. Know your friends.
4. Fitness sessions for sport.
5. Organisation of events.
6. Improvisation and adapted games.
7. Games and Activity Experience.
8. Ten hours voluntary service.

How are the units taken?

Part of a VCE course in Leisure and Recreation or Separately.

When the course is completed you will gain:-

* CSLA certificate
* First Aid certificate
* Coaching qualification (possible)
* Millennium Volunteers’ certificate (possible)
