The Community Sports Leader Award (C.S.L.A) is a nationally recognised award for people aged 16 and over and progresses on from the J.S.L.A. (The Junior Sports Leader Award). This award is an excellent qualification for people in local communities to help them start up and run their own programmes.

As part of his work towards his C.S.L.A, sixth former Liam Bell has helped Mr Trevett coach the year 7 footbal team to a runners up postion in the Bishop Auckland Schools FA Under 12 League & reach the final of the Under 12 League Cup.
