Hi my name is Michele. I have two daughters that have attended Teesdale School; one is still here in lower sixth form. My kitchen duties are running the vegetable preparation section; duties include monitoring stock and preparing vegetables every day. I am also learning other sections of the kitchen, recently I have learned till service and food presentation. I enjoy my role within the kitchen and the staff that operates within it and it is a pleasure to work alongside pupils.
